Hotel and Rooms are fine for a fair price...No Bath Towels or soap in the room, I was already in the bathroom in the AM. I had soap and had to use hand towels for a shower...

The room was old, musty, and not clean (human hair on the floor and in the shower) when we arrived. The sofa bed was filthy and stained. It sat low to the floor and if you did sit on it to put on a shoe, it made terrible noises. The mini fridge was leaking onto the floor. When we notified staff, they said there was nothing they could do until at least the next day when "maintenance" came in. They gave us towels to put under it. Maintenance never came in. Day two, we asked if housekeeping was coming to make the beds and give us fresh, dry towels. We were told by staff that housekeeping was gone and if we wanted that, we should have asked for it at check-in. We were not told this policy at check-in. We would have left for another hotel, but it was college graduation weekend, and all hotels in the area were fully booked. We felt hostage in a horrible hotel and were being extorted 5-star room fees for a 1-star old, dilapitated room. After several requests, where we were told by the desk managers that they could do nothing ( they actually chuckled). I would like reimbursement for our terrible stay.

Dried blood stains on bedding and old stained couch in a newly renovated room. Floor was dirty. Tiny indoor pool.

I ask front desk for a 1:00am wake up call and nobody called. Almost missed my bus to nyc. When I informed the front desk, they said nothing. Also, no coffee.

Location was great. Very convenient to many stores and the studio my daughter competes at.

Lots of broken and outdated items. Fridge was broken. We had to swap out with a different fridge by ourselves. reserved a double queen room. they placed us in a single king bed with pull out sofa. Husband sat on sofa bed and fell thru do to the bed missing the springs to hold bottom half on bed frame. outlet on lamps so loose phone chargers dont stay in.
