Positives: The beds were very comfortable. The size of the " suite" was great. The AC worked really well. The front desk staff was helpful.

Negatives: The breakfast bar ran out of sausage! The floor near the breakfast area was incredibly sticky. Like flip flops come off feer sticky. That's really it. No other issues.

Positives: We were put in the handicapped room, which for us, at age 70, was wonderful. We appreciated the safety features and large bathroom. The bed was great. We would love to stay in this room again!

Negatives: There were no luggage carts available when we needed them so we had to carry all of our luggage and bags ourself and it took 3 trips to the 3rd floor. One of the carts showed up eventually, but had a broken wheel. This was an inconvenience to us to have to carry everything, which was a lot, because we stayed for a week.
