Their shuttle system is a scam. I ended up having to get an airport taxi because I was fed up and it was late at night.

Positives:
Pleasant staff, and a perfectly decent room.
Negatives:
Not all that close to the airport (but no hotels are), no restaurant or room service - you have to go to the next door Marriott for anything to eat - and breakfast starts too late for an early flight. The transit buses were completely rammed at 5:30am - but we got to the airport and made our flight. It is very expensive for what it is, but better and cheaper than staying the night in Manhattan, getting up at 4:00am and travelling to the airport by cab.
