Positives:
I like the view toward Amtrak railyards and the intersection (Queens Plaza) below. Train lovers will definitely like the view where one can see MTA Trains running outside 24/7. Easy Subway access and several different niches of supermarkets in the surrounding are also helpful.
Negatives:
Guests always experience the noise by the railway. And large baggage for long trip could take much space in room. Not too spatial here.

Nice room. Really clean and roomy.
Negatives:
Parking next door is extortionate, even by NYC standards. It’s a bit pricey for the location as we stayed in nice hotel in midtown for less.
