The hotel itself is perfectly situated, very close to Central Park, Columbus Circle, main streets are close, as well as subway, shops, etc. The best place to stay. And the bakery downstairs - just awesome.

Location was great, room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Receptionists were grumpy, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Guests elevators are shared with cleaning/facility staff, so we had couple of "fun" rides with piles of stinky garbage bags. We travel a lot and this was a first... I would expect them to wait for an empty elevator to load in the garbage bags and cleaning carts, but they didn't.
