Positives:
The hotel is in a good location, near major attractions, restaurants, and coffee shops. A major grocery store chain is also nearby. The room was clean and comfortable with good internet connection. No major issues. Miguel, the concierege, was outstanding!
Negatives:
The lobby area was a bit small amd there were few breakfast options within the hotel. Some noise from adjoining rooms was also a bit bothersome. The view from the room was also less than ideal as we could see people working in adjacent offices (and they us).

Some staff at reception has been occasionally rude when I've asked an explanation and a breakdown of the bill charged, which wasn't the one originally agreed when I booked on Booking.com.
I've sent a couple of emails before my stay and I didn't get an answer.
The service room staff has accidentally taken my night gown while changing the bedsheets. I've chased it for a few days but they weren't able to find it.
I'd have appreciated an apology and a discount on the final bill as goodwill gesture.
Some furniture and carpets were worn-out, same for the shower taps.

Staff was friendly & accommodating - we had a few late nights & the staff always greeted us. I got there early & our room was ready. Nice size & clean. The staff was able to have a key for a family member arriving much later which happened with no issue. The location was ideal for the activities we had planned. Nice to have the Starbucks/Nosh in the morning

The location couldn't be better!
The rooms were smaller than a typical American hotel, but bigger than we expected for NYC.
Room was clean and beds were comfy.
We had a corner room on the 14th floor. It was surprisingly quiet and we never heard street noise.
There's a CVS right down the block, which was convenient for grabbing water, snacks, etc. to have in our room.
Customer service was excellent!
Negatives:
Aside from the coffee (Starbucks), the breakfast could have been better. The hot items were pre-packaged and heated in the microwave, and there were no hot gluten free options. Note: We got the breakfast for free, so I can't complain, but if you're thinking of paying for it, I'd say don't bother.
