Negatives: a lot of style over substance. Things done to look trendy but were impractical. Nobody needs a hole in the bathroom door that big instead of a handle, there were few plug sockets and none near the bed and no usb sockets either. The bedroom didn’t have a bin either. Missing some basics

Negatives: It was clean, location is good minus the noise from the club… not ideal for a mom of 3 traveling for work (hoping for a good nights sleep) and not being able to, kinda sucked… odd decor/vibe in the rooms also… I wa din the elevator w a gentleman clearly coming up w two hookers… kinda sleazy vibe… personal preforance, but overall decent

Negatives: I hared waiting in line to go to the roof top bar when im staying there

Negatives: Several of the light switches didn’t work, stains on the curtains, blackout curtains didn’t fully close and had come off some of the curtain rungs, sliding glass door to the balcony didn’t dampen the noise from the street and had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones otherwise it would have been too loud. Paint was peeling in the shower floor, no coffe or hair dryer provided in room. The air conditioning pumped air that often smelled like weed, cigarette smoke or cologne. Thank god it wa just a two night trip.

Negatives: DON"T STAY HERE FOR THE POOL. I booked SPECIFICALLY because of the pool, which THEY CLOSE AT 6 PM!!!! NO night swimming or sunsets by the pool with a cocktail. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE in a NY hotel. ALSO it's DEFINITELY not on the roof, you have to walk practically through the lobby past all the other guests checking in, to walk to the pool. AND YOU HAVE TO PAY $80 for a LOUNGE CHAIR. Ridiculous. I understand closing at 10 pm. (Though in NY everything is open much later) but CLOSING AT 6 PM???? We never got to use it. By the time we got home from sight seeing and were ready to relax for an hour before dinner, it was CLOSING. Also, SUPER CLUBBY with huge lines and security checks. They care more about their club than they do about their hotel guests. I'm super upset that I ended up with this hotel when for the same amount of money I could have had a rooftop bar and pool that I could hang out in well into the evening. Also, beds were practically on the floor, no outlets for your phone near the bedstand. TOTALLY minimal services. No coffee in the room, no ice. None of the basics that you'd get at a cheap best western, even. Totally not worth the price, I wish I had gotten a refund.

Negatives: Staff were at time aloof. The day beach and nightclub staff were dismissive to the point of actively discouraging us to attend. We paid a lot of money to stay at Dream, I was expecting to feel welcomed.

Negatives: The experience at the hotel was disappointing. The staff at the pool was unfriendly and unhelpful, more focused on vaping with other guests than providing service. The bellhop also seemed annoyed with his job, carelessly tossing my bag around without any concern for handling it with care. Unfortunately, the service was far below what I expected, especially since I had previously enjoyed staying at this hotel and was really looking forward to returning.

Negatives: no warning for the "incdental" charge per night of $150 which we did not use and then having to be put on hold twice for over 30 minutes to wait to talk to someone about it. Then stating 5 days before we see the reverse. A long time to hold on to that!!! The hotel was pretty loud at night due to the rooftop lounge.

Negatives: Not every kid friendly. The hours of pool were early 8am-10 I believe and then the rest of the day for adults only. We went around 9 and the weather was still cold my son did not enjoy the pool because it was still chilli in the morning and the water was cold. That day it got nice and warm around 12 or 1 and that would have been ideal temp for the pool. There wasn’t much to do in the hotel the lights inside the rooms were very dim. The beds were low not luxurious for the price however the beds were comfortable.
