Advertised as ADA accessible with roll-in shower. The shower had a metal lip on the floor which prevented rolling in with mobility device and there was no shower seat built into the wall nor was there a plastic shower seat. we had to request and wait for that. The bathroom smelled horrible. The bedroom was not to handicap accessible specs and allowed a minimal space to get by the bed. There were no outlets for charging mobility device bedside where accessibility was gotten. they advertised a rooftop bar which when we arrived we were told only opened at 10 pm till 2 in the morning. We spent more $ only because of room’s advertised handicap access and could not believe a Hyatt would be so lacking in accommodations.
