Location, next to subway and shopping venues like Macys. A block or two from Times Square and Madison Square as well as Penn station, making transportation so convenient.
Staff friendly. 24/7 coffee station and kitchen, etc.
Negatives:
The noise is real at night in the streets. Makes it hard to sleep. Too hot once aircon is off.
