Brilliant for a week of...
Positives:
The location is good, although the area is not so good. It is in the middle of a very dark and dirty street. However, you have the train and metro station within walking distance, as well as many places to eat. The cleaning was good, and the breakfast was complete and good.
Negatives:
The rooms are very small, the beds are double. We were sent to a basement floor which was not a problem, but it was not nice. The breakfast lacked variety. The girl at the late night reception was not very friendly and was rude.

Only one elevator is a big safety issue for me.

Absolutely so clean and well managed. Staff was extremely helpful and seemed to enjoy making the clientele comfortable in every aspect. Probably the cleanest room we've stayed in, in our 7 year relationship. We will be back.

Positives:
Location is perfect, comfortable beds, room service excellent, breakfast was good and it was lovely to be able to sit outside, traffic is quiet on this street, hotel provided free water.
Negatives:
We stayed for 7 days. Unfortunately the toilet got blocked a few times but it may have been a general fault on the sewer line which they were attending to as we were departing, the breakfast area is small but we did manage to get seats even though separately on a few occasions. No flexibility on bed arrangements so it was males in one bed and females in the other.

Positives:
Loved the location for us staying at the garden. The microwave fridge and coffee maker were clean. Our floor was quiet and bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The one elevator was out of service and it made for long waits and tight squeeze with strangers every ride. Our bathroom sink and tub were clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival and we only had 3 pillows which was poor oversight. Im being super picky but feedback is important for improvement price to stay there rivals other hotels that do not skimp on detail and are much cleaner and maintained.
