Positives: stayed on 10 th floor. spectacular view into the city. big window. nice bathroom with walk in slower. access to terrace bar with further amazing view.
Negatives: party on platform next door one night. gets very noisy. didn’t realize on booking the appartment that pool is part of club. not only accessible for hotel guests.

Positives: I love the location which is the reason I chose this hotel. It is clean and quiet but pricey. I did not have breakfast in the hotel as there are several places within close walking distance. The view from the room was absolutely gorgeous!!
Negatives: The HVAC blew directly onto the bed which was not comfortable. A small refrigerator would have been nice (other than the one filled with hotel amenities $$)

Positives: The location was amazing! Very accessible around Manhattan and Brooklyn for our trip.
Negatives: I expected more cleanliness. When we checked in to our room the hand soap in the bathroom was empty and there was visible mold on the ceiling in the shower. I have sensitive allergies so black mold is a big deterrent for me. Also I was suprised there was no duvet cover in the bed, just a top sheet the comforter and a sheet on top of the comforter that kept falling off.

Positives: No kidding : for 500 dollars a night, there is barely room service (a few cookies and plastic cups), a nice view for the rooms with a view, but unfortunately all standing above the 15th floor exterior bar with a lot of noise 4 days a week until 3AM. All wrong. Clearly to avoid.
