After a single night, I was slapped with a ridiculous bill for so-called damages that I never caused. When I tried to sort this out, the staff was rude and dismissive, refusing to provide any evidence or explanation. The management outright ignored my complaint and refused to remove the fraudulent charge. Also, I booked a stay that specifically promised a high floor for the view, but I ended up stuck on the 6th floor — far from what was advertised.

I was a bit disappointed with a metal frame in the floor of my room that was not fully secured and cut the bottom of my foot from the sharp edge. I did report it to front desk and they fixed it right way.
