Positives:
The hotel was brilliant - the staff were amazing and the rooms were very clean and bed very comfortable. The hotel is less than a 10 min walk to Times Square and has loads of shops around it (Angelina's Bakery is a MUST!). The hotel was very secure as you had to swipe your room card to enter the hotel. They have fresh coffee making facilities in the lobby so you can help yourself to free coffee throughout the day, and they also bake fresh cookies every night for you to take to bed!! The oat and raisin were amazing! I would deffo stay in this hotel again.
Negatives:
The rooms were very small and no where to put your suitcase. There also aren't any drawers to put clothes and only a couple of hangers, It was quite difficult living out of a suitcase for a week in a small room.

Location was great. The staff was really nice. The complimentary cookies and coffee station were truly appreciated. The bed was comfortable and big enough.

The room was quite small and lacked shelves or storage space. There was no mirror except for a very small one in the bathroom (could only see your face). The breakfast options could be better.

The staff is awesome, very helpful, friendly and nice. The location is great and the facility is very clean. The rooms have a fridge and are cleaned every day. Breakfast is really good and we always had cofee, cold water and hot water available. It was an amazing experience.
