Positives:
Our room was very clean and large by NYC standards. The bed was super comfortable, nice sheets and bedding. The bathroom linens were lovely. We loved the rooftop deck and most of all, the staff was super friendly and couldn't be more accommodating! Great hotel!!!

The AC worked so well. The bed was comfortable. The location was pretty great, close to a subway. it was clean.
Negatives:
the room was pretty small, there wasn't really many places to put our luggage. The bed was made with a fitted sheet that didn't fit the entire bed, so we had our feet touching the mattress protector, which was weird and uncomfortable.
The breakfast that was offered was small, no non-dairy milk offered.

Positives:
The location cannot be beat. It was right where it needed to be, for me, and for anyone who wants a central location in Manhattan. Staff was kind, and patient, and handled the variety of international travelers ahead of me with aplomb.
Negatives:
The rooms are small, but avoid a cramped feeling due to clever design. Any rooms in a boutique hotel like this in Manhattan are going to be quite small, I would expect.

Hotel is located in a really good, convenient location. Really clean, staff are very friendly and super helpful.
Negatives:
We were on the top floor facing out onto the Avenue and it was quite loud at night. We left our aircon on so it could act as a kind of white noise and block out the street noise and we could fall asleep then, but just be mindful if your room faces out that way it will be loud.
