Kevin, Robert and Tristan made the experience so warm and welcoming firsthand. Visiting the ground floor restaurant for some delicious food after a 4 hour drive was wonderful. The Fleur Room afterhours for a nightcap and a glamourous view of NYC was the best!

Great location. Great value (for nyc). Amazing staff.

Worst lift system I’ve ever experienced. Be prepared to waste huge chunks of your day waiting with crowds of guests for a lift.
They’re 4 lifts but the staff will always enter and exit in the middle of your journey. Adding to your delay. Every time. The buttons are barely visible. The card reader rarely works. The qty of lifts has no reflection on the time you’ll wait for 1. It’ll then stop at most floors picking up other frustrated guests and the obligatory staff members who seem to live in the lift system. Mind numbing. Really ruins the experience of staying here.

Cocktail on arrival, made to feel special for our anniversary (thank you so much Tristan), the staff, the rooftop bar, the room, the coffee, the $30 daily limit, the view from our room, everything!
Negatives:

The view from our room was fantastic, with a view of the Empire State building. Bed was comfy and the room was clean.
Negatives:
During our stay, we required first-aid assistance, but unfortunately, no staff member was available with first-aid training. I also requested a first-aid kit, but it was not adequately stocked. For a hotel of this size, I strongly recommend that at least one staff member be trained in first aid and that the first-aid kits be regularly checked and fully stocked.
The room also has a sliding door connecting the shower and toilet, but the barely frosted glass provides minimal privacy.
