Great location for first time visit - in Midtown behind the Empire State and very close to Madison Sq Gardens. Also close to Subway stops.

They kept a bail in case we caused damage to the rooms. They are not paying it back, they ara not answering my emails. I am very disappointed.

Surprisingly large room given the Midtown location. Excellent location and super friendly staff. Immaculately clean with very comfortable bed in our Superior King room.
Negatives:
Only downside was just two lifts so a bit of a wait at peak times but would not stop me staying again.
