I left at 2:30am because I kept itching. The next day, I emailed hotel with pictures of my legs inquiring if they had any bed bug issues. I was told that they didn’t and room will be tested. I received letter from hotel stating that exterminator found nothing but when I contacted the exterminator company.. they couldn’t confirm that information

I felt like my concern wasn’t important because I received no response back regarding exterminator not being able to confirm what the hotel informed me

I like that I felt safe inside the hotel. I like that the lobby staff was helpfull.

The AC was making a sound, when I called to ask for help from the lobby, someone came but left without fixing the issue and never came back. Also the area is really unsafe, specially after 6pm.
The internet without password was a redflag, I connected from my work PC only to find out later something had downloaded from the wifi network. Not safe.

The restaurant attached to the hotel has great food and drinks.
Negatives:
The guest servíce team wasn’t great. In fairness, I stayed during Fashion Week. Still, staff seemed unprepared. The room was not adequately stocked. No soap - too few towels. Housekeepers did not speak English so requests had to be made in person at front desk. Thankful to finally have towels, I put do not disturb sign on door, only to have the sign ignored. Housekeeping replaced towels (left too few again), but did not replenish empty soap dispenser. At nearly 1k for two nights, It was not what I expected.
