The pool that I could use only one day out of five!!!
It was always busy with people from outside….it is really mean to sell sun bed to people from outside and leave guests, that pay 500 dollars per night, without this service….
Negatives:
The room was old…we took a suite with 2 Tv (2024 no HD TV!!!), one was not working…the other one had connection problems!!!
No technology at all….
The manger was really impolite, when I complained about the swimming pool policy, he just answered:”You go there at 7 am and you will find a sun bed.”
Moreover, after checking out they charged 600 dollars fine because my wife smoked on the balcony…
One question: why you did charge me when I checked out, although you already knew about our violation?? This hotel is a waste of money and is not at all a five star hotel!!!

The location is very nice with the pool area having a nice view of the empire state building.
Negatives:
They charged me 1000$ yes 500$ + 500$ for having smoked a Vape in the room. I never knew smoking a vape in a hotel room was vorbidden coming from Europe. Anyway I don't mind not smoking in the room but no one told me it was prohibited. So even when they noticed the first time, instead of simply calling my room to let me know so I stop, no they didn't do that. So we finished our stay and checked out all good. When we checked out they also didn't mention anything. Keep in mind when checking in, we paid for the stay so at the check out we knew they will just charge us for the Minibar where we got a couple of bottle of water and canada dry. But when I got back to Germany, my credit card was charged 1000$ more than what the Minibar had costed and I went to the receipt they silently gave me at the checkout out and I saw they charged us 500$ for the first time the smoking detector got activated and another 500$ the second time. This is simply unacceptable from an Hotel like this.

Nice convenient location. The rooftop swimming pool in New City is something that residents truly appreciate, especially during the hot summer months. Additionally, the pool area is equipped with comfortable seating, umbrellas, and a poolside bar for added convenience.
