It was way overpriced for what you get. I had a room that looked like a cave with old decor. There was blood on the curtains. The door to the side table was wide open with something spilled on it when I got there. it was a rock in my towel. The room was claustrophobic because there was no natural light. I paid $750 a night.

Charged a $500 noise complaint fee. It’s our honeymoon for crying out loud. Rooms advertised as soundproof. Beware the rooms are not.

All staff were really helpful from helping with lost luggage to restaurant suggestions and directions! Beds were super comfy and location was fantastic for subways and walking around neighborhoods in Lower Manhattan

Positives:
Our family (2 adults and 3 children) stayed for one night at this hotel. We had to book two rooms. Location of the hotel is great. The staff was very nice.
Negatives:
The rooms were very dirty, especially the carpet. The air conditioner in one of the rooms blew only cold air. We had to go to the lobby to ask for repair. The staff came twice to repair it.

Beautiful 5th-floor corner room, plenty of windows/light, nice space, and super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again! Wanted to make hot water for tea and the front desk delivered a kettle to my room!! Staff was SO warm and welcoming!!

Can't really say! Only thought is the lack of plugs around the bed...but there were others in the room that we used.
