Did what it needed to do. Welcoming reception, well organised room service and mini-bar credit, good location. Get's all the basics right.
Negatives:
Rooms at the back of the building have a balcony facing into an internal courtyard full of air conditioning units. If the balcony is a selling point request a room at the front.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great service is increasingly hard to find in NYC, and everyone we interacted with was lovely. Room was comfortable, and the restaurant was also a great place to grab dinner and a drink.
Negatives:
Mattress was a little lumpy, but I slept great, so it wasn't an issue.

Looked out over a wall with no windows. 24 floors and just 2 lifts and only one worked.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We like the balcony.
Negatives:
All of the towels and pillows smelled like mildew. The hotel system was malfunctioning. We had to have staff open our door whenever we wanted to go in. The card keys and payment systems were non existent.
