Positives:
Some staff is helpful and friendly. The room is nice, too.
Negatives:
The room is quite nice and location is good. But some staff aren't very friendly and quite inpatient when you ask questions.
The bill comes with a lot of other charges. Except city tax, state tax, they were Javits center tax, residence tax, and even a donation that I did not sign up with. It's better to consider all these fees before you book a room.

Positives:
The room was well appointed with luxury items like plush robes, body wash, soap, and plush towels. I liked that my room included a sofa and end tables and several different lighting options that created relaxing zones throughout the space.
