They respond fast to my needs, I called to another set of towels and robe, they came within 5 minutes.
It was quiet, the sound insulation is pretty good. Bed is soft

The ac is loud, the surrounding (outside the hotel stink). Things and furniture feel a little old. The building is in construction, lots of steel racks
