Poor breakfast. Greek yoghurt ran out. Too much processed oversweetened food. Even the bread was dreadful. No soya milk and I got a very bad allergic rash from the oat milk.

The hotel is very centrally located and many tourist attractions (e.g. Empire State Building, Times Square, Flatiron, Friends Experience etc.) and transport links (e.g. underground, Penn Station) are within walking distance. The staff is friendly and will do their best to fulfil your wishes (e.g. late check-out).

The location was good to work to times square & finance district

The noise from the corridor other rooms, there wasn't much soundproofing which woke me up several times. The room was smaller than I thought it would be, I wouldn't have liked to have cooked anything substantial with the bed being so close.
