Definitely a keeper.
Positives:
Comfy bed, nice kitchenette with plates and silverware, nice shower, breakfast with lots of choices, super nice and helpful staff, close to Broadway theatres, subway entrance, and places to eat. Area itself is safe.
Negatives:
There is only one elevator that is a little slow. I took the stairs instead.
