I liked that the front desk staff was very polite and accommodating

My floors were not swept or mopped. There was dirt along the walls. The tub is heavily stained OR they need some magic eraser up in there! My door didnt close all the way and jiggled. I am almost certain a hard push can get it opened from outside.

Ntaryused to give extra pillows, athin blanket and when asking for extras they gave me 2 couch over washed throw type blankets. The room was not really clean the cabnets had burn spots in non smoking room. The chair was stained and gross. Breakfast :(
