Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 5 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Staff very friendly and polite. Nice indoor pool & hot tub. Great location by the Biltmore Estates.

Negatives: Breakfast was NOT included as advertised. Hotel is run down and needs major repairs, paint, etc. Brown Recluse spider on bed sheets. Mold in shower in room, rust on shower curtain. No towel racks.
