Very good
Positives:
This hotel came highly recommended by multiple family members who live outside Asheville. The location is excellent, and the town is fantastic. However, management did not come through when we needed them most.
Negatives:
We are Family and Friends members, and paid up front for 3 nights to come celebrate the arrival of our first grandchild. However early the next morning we had to leave due an emergency with the baby. Our booking company agreed to reimburse/credit, however the hotel staff were totally unreceptive, refused to reimburse or even credit our 2 nights unused, as we wanted to return later this fall. It was a heartbreaking weekend made worse by hotel management.

I would stay here again....
Positives:
Loved the location and the Roof Top Bar was awesome, also like the outside sitting area by the firepit. Customer service was great along with housekeeping and the beds were comfy.
Negatives:
I thought the breakfast could have been a little better considering the price paid for it. Also, I thought the pool area was mediocre. I thought it could use some upgrading or add a small bar area and nicer seating area along with a bbq.
