Limited food options. I could not order a glass of wine through room service but was told I could order a bottle. I was traveling solo and a bottle was too much.

Staff and service. Everyone from housekeeping to valet were lovely and helpful at all times.

The only thing that was a bit of a negative was I was given a $28 voucher to use at Bargello or District 42 and we ate at Bargello but I forgot to use it. And I asked since I do return often if I could get it for my next visit and they said no only now.

Classy hotel with friendly staff. No need to make a special request to get the room cleaned. Room cleaning is done daily

Staff was friendly & fun. Bed, linens & pillows were extremely comfy. Could have stayed in bed all day. Location is fantastic. Beautiful facility. Nice breakfast selection & availability of coffee first thing in the morning is much appreciated.

So upscale & stylish-- phenomenal staff! David the GM was at the front desk to meet us with wine tasting & apps. They had a lovely card & gift for us in our room for our 30th anniversary-- very thoughtful!! Wish we could have stayed much longer-- the whole vibe of this hotel and level of service is wonderful. Loved the layout of the room, views, & comfort of the space.
