Positives:
Very nice rooms. My daughter and I stayed because I had surgery in the morning. I would recommend this hotel.
I only wish there had been heaters in the bathrooms!

Positives:
The location was great, only about a 10-15min drive to all major attractions downtown. The staff were friendly and the rooms were neat. Compared to the price of most places in Charlotte, this is definitely value for money.
Negatives:
The floors in the room could have been a bit cleaner. It wasn't terrible, but there were some hairs on the bathroom floor. The reception area smelled heavily of bleach or whatever cleaning material they used. At least you know it's clean, but the smell is quite overwhelming.

Staff and check in was really fast. Fast alternative for breakfast.

the smell of the room was really disgusting, it was musky and it smelled like cigarettes (it was a smoke free facility). The bathroom wasn't as clean as i was expecting.
