It was clean and comfortable. My cats were welcome at a standard rate. Breakfast was fine--not a huge selection but certainly plenty of choices. Staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The room was a bit small but not ridiculously so. There were signs of wear but nothing terrible. It is not the Ritz Carleton but for the price, it was a pleasant surprise.
