Negatives: Drove 8 long hot hours to hotel and could not wait to get into the pool, which was all green and closed. We arrived around 7pm and no one was at the front desk but a sign saying will return shortly. Waited about ten minutes and gave front desk staff our Res. number and said, now my room is on the bottom rear floor like I ask when making reservations right, she said oh no its on the front third floor. I said that will not do because we have to keep an eye on our vehicle, she said well I will have to change your room to the rear bottom floor which she did and then read the note and said oh yeah, I see your request now. We went to room and there was no hand soap in room, with only body wash, shampoo mounted on shower back wall. I went back to the front desk and waited in line to tell front desk staff there was no hand soap in the room. After she looked around for a few minutes she came up with two small bars of hand soap. The next morning, we got up to take our showers and there were no washcloths only large hand towels and towels, so we bathed and showered with hand towels.

Negatives: Room toilet stopped. Two people worked on it for over three hours and couldn’t find the problem. I had to pack up at 10:00-10:30 at night, move to another room and unpack.
