The carpet needs to be shampooed. When I walked in the room. The entire room smell like dirty socks. It was a horrible smell.

The price point was perfect for this facility, which is ideally located near downtown Greensboro. It was clean and quiet, and the staff was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was not clean, room service not finish cleaning up. The elevator was broke all the time we were there.

The location was only 15 min from church we had to visit and family we had to visit.
Negatives:
We had to visit Greensboro for a funeral. We There were four of us traveling so we got two rooms. We came in late night on 9/19. By morning of 9/20 the elevator did not work. We had to use steps and one side of the hotel did not have a working door to let you into the main floor. We had to go outside to get back into the hotel. The 2nd room we had did not have clean water. They had to use our bathroom. When we inquired about the issue, we were told we could check out and get refunded. We did not have time to find a room due to timing of the funeral and activities after the service for the rest of he day. We asked about a different room but were told none were available. We left to attend our family events and returned late evening hoping the water issue had been resolved. It had not until the morning we were checking out.
I was not pleased about what I had to pay for the visit without an elevator and clean water. I asked for a discount but the manager was not present to process. The front desk staff person submitted my request but as of 9/23 I have not received any indication that a discount will be honored.

Location, bed - everything is good.
Negatives:
Breakfast is minimal, but most frustrating are disposable plates and cups! It is very strict regulation on using them in Europe, especially in Estonia trying to be eco... But small Estonia cannot save the world if big USA produces so much litter. You should use regular plates and wash them.
