Positives:
The location was pretty good, and the staff was very nice.Hotel employee was a delight at check-in! The breakfast was very good compared to many other continental ones Ive had.
Negatives:
The room we stayed in was run down, somewhat musty, and there was black mold along the caulk of the bathroom. It was almost as if that particular bathroom flooded at one time and was poorly repaired.

it was in a nice location close to stores and event space.
Negatives:
staff Star was very rude and disrespectful...check in process took forever she didn't know how to work the software she wasn't pleasant...I requested a room on a higher floor she put me on the 1st floor...she took 30mins to move me and my party however the room we was place in had a really bad odor... we asked to be moved she said no we are sold out...I was very uncomfortable and I had my children with me.
