Positives:
It served my purposes for an overnight stay on the road. Traveled with a pet (dog) and staff accommodated a switch from fourth floor to a first floor room, making it much easier with the dog. Overslept breakfast, but the coffee still available was good and much appreciated!

The staff member at the check-in desk was friendly and welcoming.
Negatives:
The reality of the property did not align with what was reflected in the photos on the website. The area surrounding the property was unsafe. We were approached by unhoused panhandlers upon entering and exiting the property. The hotel room and common areas were not clean (e.g., stained carpeting, lamp shades, bath tub). We made arrangements at a different hotel shortly after arriving at the property due to safety and hygiene concerns.
