Very spacious, clean, and well appointed room with a friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. HIE is usually very consistent and predictable, this property exceeded my expectations.

Supposed to have been 4 beds. And there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

All staff friendly n very helpful! Loved different bed coverings n pillows! But your breakfast was best part of your hotel experience! Outstanding chef keeping warm food available and so friendly with great happy attitude! We tipped him!!!
Negatives:
Shower out of shampoo, ice maker on second floor out of order. Poor or limited lighting in the room. Need some USB outlets!
