Location, price, and cancellation policy
Negatives:
Didn’t feel safe. Hotel smelled like marijuana, shady people in and around hotel, bathroom didn’t look clean, chair in room was awful (stains and torn up), didn’t even want to put my luggage on it. This was our first time staying at Extended Stay America, and probably our last.

The staff were really nice!! Especially Kelly. Room was clean.
Negatives:
Understaffed. We waited 20 minutes at the desk waiting for the lady to come to the front desk because our keys got disabled. Also, it states breakfast included but not what you would think.. just Nutrigrain bars and packaged muffins. Also had 3 stink bugs in our room.

The hot water in the shower is not working. They change the room two times the second room they gave me. It’s a smoking room very dirty floor very sticky floor damaged furniture.
