Negatives:
I called multiple times to make sure there was a pack and play for my 1 year old, and it was confirmed even the morning of my stay. Once I landed in Raleigh they told me it wasn’t functional so my 1 yr old had to sleep on the floor on pillows and blankets to prevent her from rolling off the bed. Also I purchased a room with a tub for her to have a bath and I didn’t get a room with a tub.

Loved the location to Cary, NC and the airport. They offer a shuttle service which was very convenient. The staff was exceptional. Noted great teamwork keeping the facility clean. Enjoyed the breakfast.
Negatives:
I think they could use larger, newer pillows. Very small and lumpy.
