The noise level from the people above until 130 in the morning, I had to be up at 5 for a job interview and had no sleep. Also I was told that 6 am they would have coffee and breakfast items, the night clerk came out about 610 clearly she had just woken up she was dressed very inappropriate crocks shoes, sweat pants and a t shirt smoking a vape, I found this highly unprofessional and made me quite uncomfortable by the time she got the coffee and muffins on the table it was 620x

The staff was very rude ! They were never at the desk when needed . Upon check in the lady at the desk was very rude like she had an attitude. Didnt understand why and after I paid for the room she gave me the key and receipt then walked away I wasnt informed of where my room was , how to access it , what time breakfast would be , WiFi , etc .. none of the standard things usually you would hear once checking into a room . After that i never saw anyone at the desk . My husband even tried to get someone but it was like a ghost town so glad we didnt have any emergencies the extra people standing around not knowing if they were staying or just got in from the outside cold ..

Got there at 3:30 could not check because the staff was not sure what rooms were available and clean. They tried call Management, they said it was day shift fault. Manager did come in she went to find out what rooms were ready and found that some people had not checked out.Got in my room about 5.30 pm left stuff in room. I was there for my great grandson brithdayand I was two hours late. due to taking so long to check in. Got back to room found that when I pulled sheet back there where black hair's in bed one of the pillows had a stain on the pillow case I wanted to call down and ask for another room but my husband said let just go to bed we just slept on top of the bed with the blanket. Got up took shower and got coffee and check out. Not a good experience.
