Staff was very helpful and attentive. Facilities were clean. Breakfast ran efficiently and with a smile despite being very busy.
Negatives:
The water pressure and temperature on the eighth floor were very, very poor. The toilet barely flushed, and the water never got beyond warm. The air conditioning unit in the room sounded like a dryer with a boot in it when it was on.
