Location. Great restaurant next door.
Negatives:
Received multiple emails that there would be a liggt dinner reception with beer and wine Monday-Thursday however when we arrived on Thursday was told it is only on Wednesday. Pool was greenish. Needs to be updated and remodeled. No extra linens in room for sofa bed. Breakfast was ok but did not have a big selection. Room smelled like smoke when we checked in.

Positives:
Need to clean pool and make sure room has everything in it
Negatives:
It was ok other then the fact that I paid for my room at a rate of 383.. with tax then after I check d out and was on my way home I was charged an additional fee of 179.00 that was told me would be pi back on my card 3-5 businesses day after I was told I just need to pre-authorize 443.46 that for both new tes and deposit.now I have to wait a week for my deposit and that 179 to be paced back on my card

Didn’t like how the other...
Positives:
The breakfast was OK. I would've preferred fresh eggs in lieu of egg patties.
The quietness was refreshing with the exception of the barking door next door.
Negatives:
Even though the area was secluded, the rate per night has room for improvement.
Guests traveling with animals should be housed on the same floor unless they are handicapped.
We had to endure a barking dog every time we entered and exited the room.

The hotel was cozy and...
Positives:
The free breakfast was very good! No need to go out early in the morning to fetch us some food! We also liked how the living and the bedrooms were separated.
Negatives:
The sinks were clogged if water ran too much and didn't drain well. When the air conditioner was on at night, it started to smell like weed from the air vent. Neighbors may have been smoking weed and the air was circulating around other rooms.
