Negatives: I booked a king sized room and paid for it. But I received 2 queens.

Negatives: Dirty , smelly, smelled like urine and vomit bad maintenance front rest people rude !!! No coffee ever made ! breakfast awful!

Negatives: It was dirty. The facility was unsafe and uncapped, the front desk did not know basic things that were happening in the building or basic things that was happening during check-in side door of the hotel was completely broken so people from outdoors that was not paying customers were able to access the hotel, for example my boyfriend went to get ice in the middle of the night and the ice machines were not working on the floor that we were on and he had to wait for the elevator which was disgusting and he saw that someone on our floor was sleeping in the window Which wasn’t a occupant of the hotel and he had to go down the three floors to get ice, but she couldn’t go to the floor below us because in the elevator, the button was out like there was no button. Had to get in different room from the original ones that was assigned to the bathroom facilities Being disgusting such as the sink in the picture below and lastly there were stones in the towels. luckily we packed our own washcloths and towels, so we didn’t need to use those. We just use those in the bathroom on the floor. Will not recommend this to anyone to be there

Negatives: The entire building smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. The carpets are filthy. Breakfast was inadequate. The clientele was loud throughout the day and night. A refund is in order.

Negatives: Hotel is in the process of renovation which it needs badly! The carpets are stained and dirty. Peeling paint and badly patched areas. Our TV did not work initially. The desk did not report the issue to maintenance until the 2nd evening (we had to contact them 3 times). Carlos with maintenance was great! He came and fixed it right away even though he was off duty and on his way home for the day.

Negatives: It was dirty , had blood on the sheets. Had to get my room switched twice. And the 2nd one smelt like cigarettes

Negatives: Caveat: the exterior of the facility is being painted. Is a remodeling underway? Hope so; you're surrounded by some serious competition. Now, my dislikes: The sofa in the lobby (1st place everyone sees) is nasty. Front desk service is poor. I had no reason to believe that my room would have been so nice. The elevator (I think there's only one) is in serious need of repair or replacement. From the 4th floor, I had to push the "up" button to summon the elevator. The "down" button is not present; there's just a hole to put your finger in. I stayed here many years ago. The deterioration, inside and out, lobby to floor, and in desk service is quite evident and unfortunate.

Negatives: Rooms are not clean and very outdated! Smell of weed and cigarettes is everywhere. Loud music and prostitution on premises was observed.
