Positives:
Feces and urine came through the ceiling in the second room I was given when asked for a room by a door because I can't walk and I have a dog so I have one leg and one dog I needed to be by a door. They put me at the very front of the hotel or our lobby with all the people were where I can't walk with one leg and a dog. They finally moved me to another room 155 to be exact when s*** and urine 4 hours later or so started coming through the ceiling. I moved twice in one day. They had nothing to offer me. Nothing nothing. There's nothing. They just give you a different room and too bad for you that you had s*** and feces and urine all over your clothes and all over everything you own. They don't care they didn't wash anything. They didn't do anything
Negatives:
Customer service. There was one guy that helped me when the dookie and urine was coming out of the ceiling but he didn't have any decision making Powers. He could only help me move and so he did and he tried to pass it along just like I tried to pass it along. Not only to employees to the insistent manager to the top manager, no one cared that there was feces and urine all over my stuff
