Negatives: Yes, that room was horrible and it smelled. It looked disgusting and dirty. I did not even want to touch anything.

Negatives: Not very clean. No bath towels and partially used toiletries left in room. No trash cans

Negatives: The walls look like they haven't been clean then they ask for a 150 deposit for what everything in the room is broken they give you a remote at the office for the TV if you don't turn it back in you will be charge 25 dollars

Negatives: I didn't like that the bed had no blanket, only a sheet and bed cover. The toilet seat had pee stains on in upon arrival. The back of the bathroom door had poop on it, and the bathroom door didn't shut. There was a cockroach on the wall next to the TV that I killed upon arrival. When requesting towels I was told over and over that there weren't enough towels. I also didn't appreciate being accosted by a drunk patron a few rooms down calling me a dirty jew and my child a dirty jew baby that should die. I'm also not Jewish.

Negatives: Everything the room wasn't clean hardly no lights didn't give us any more towels they give you a remote control for the TV if you don't turn it back in you have to pay 25 dollars the walls was so nasty and hardly no covers I would never stay at this hotel

Negatives: The toilet in my initial room was full of fecal matter. When I flushed, it overflowed.

Negatives: 15 min drive to beach, water was dangerous, new Hanover county courthouse sucks so do the people working there. Old lady walked out of the room next to us with no shirt or bra on so we seen her boobs...my whole family...Mexican constantly standing around outside everywhere....parking fir beach was $25 if you could even find any!! Don't go to surf city $40 for parking. Wilmington and Wrightsville are over expensive.

Negatives: Bed bugs discovered on & under my mattressI hauled ass outta there. Asked for a refund, they said it was processed but have yet to see a credit on my account, 9 days later!!!

Negatives: The propertys hygiene practice was questionable, and the bathroom door did not fully close.

Negatives: Toilet wouldnt flush.

Negatives: This place is an absolute dump. When I say that, I dont mean figurativelyI mean a literal dump. When our group arrived, the staff in the lobby was extremely nice and good people all the way. So this review is not a personal jab at them. Once we checked in they handed me remotes for the TVs for the rooms I booked, which was a little odd but Im sure theyve had problems with theft of those so thats fair enough. My group proceeds to the rooms and theres literal garbage EVERYWHERE outside the rooms, going up the stairs etc. and it all looked like it was weeks old. It looked like a party had taken place the entire week before and the garbage never made it to the dumpers. There was a smell of absolute filth outside in the parking area. The walkways were absolutely filthy with goo and God knows what else along with cigarette butts. We entered the rooms(now before I proceed, I travel for a living and have stayed in some pretty sketchy, dingy, dirty looking places) the rooms were the absolute FILTHIEST & MOST DISGUSTING rooms Ive EVER seen in my life!! I felt like I was in some kind of horror movie! (Ill post pics below) The floor looked like it hadnt been mopped or cleaned since the hotel originally opened, the door had a safety latch hook but there was nothing to hook it to, to stop the door from opening if someone tried to open it, there were broken things everywhere, the lamps looked like the original lamps from probably the 70s that had never been cleaned, there was mold growing in random places, things were broken hanging off the walls, the bathrooms looked to have never been cleaned, the ac didnt work in one of the rooms, it had a musty roach smelling order although we never saw any roaches or bed bugsI could go on but Im sure you get the point. Basically, it looked as if someone had purchased an abandoned hotel/motel and put new mattresses and sheets on the beds and started renting rooms.
