Employees were extremely happy, professional, helpful and kind. From checking in to checking out; answering questions, housekeeping & breakfast staff.
Location was close to the places we needed to be during our visit.
Negatives:
Hotel was showing its age in places. Peloton in the fitness center wouldn’t connect to WiFi; hair dryers in the rooms were on their last legs. Very minor items that may need to be addressed in the coming months.

Pretty basic offerings. Nothing to justify a $200 rate.

I reserved a room for three people with a king and a sofa bed. We arrive late after a long trip. The room was small and moldy. And the sofa hadn’t been prepared to be used as a bed. When I complained, I was told that there was no housecleaning at that time, they would provide the sheets but I would have to make the bed myself. There was also no extra pillow for the third bed and no one to bring it to the room. I know that today’s service is not what it used to be even though prices are absurdly high. But staying in a hotel and having to make your own bed is unacceptable.

The water main was broken outside of the facility and were told that there will be no water available overnight so we did not check in and ended up at the laquinta. The facility did not offer to find us another room or offer any points the only function they performed was to cancel the reservation.

We absolutely loved the staff and property. Broom were exceptionally clean, and the staff was wonderful.
Negatives:
My issue is Booking.com did not allow me to make changes to my reservation within 30 seconds of me booking it. So I was forced to purchase the same room through the hotel because Booking.com will not edit the dates.
