It is NOT handicap accessible, even though we were told via email we would be getting an accessible room. To get to our room, my husband had to wheel me down the steps to the 1st floor. When I talked to the worker about these issues as I checked out, he apologized. As I left, he returned to what he was doing, making no note of my gently worded suggestions to let others know on the businesses website that this is NOT an accessible hotel.
The room was decorated well, but the bathroom had issues. The toilet was leaking. The towel rack was rusty. The air conditioner rattled whenever it engaged. No grab bars to make the bath/shower safe for me. My wheelchair could barely fit through the door into the bathroom.
If you have any sensitivity to cigarette smoke, it is advised that you opt for another hotel as the hallway reeked of smoke.
Cleanliness was poor. We washed all of the tables for your hotel. You're welcome. The food options were fairly picked over at 7:30 in the morning.
