The breakfast is really good the staff was really nice but the room was kind of gross there was hair in the tub brown and black splatters up the back of the tub had to scrub and clean it before I could give my baby a bath and the floors were kind of dirty I have worked

The property was nice the breakfast was really good the staff was really nice the room was just not clean there was hair in the tub stuck to the walls in the floor and black and brown splatters up the back of the tub I had to clean the tub before I could give my daughter a bath I have done housekeeping before and I know that the way this looked was not acceptable these are rooms that we would end up giving a full refund back because it was just gross the floors and all

Cleaning was horrible, beds not made unless requested which I have never heard of, bed and pillows. Not comfortable, toilet paper like sand paper, rooms old and things could use replacing mine cracked hot tub, twinkle lights not working.
