The front desk staff was very nice, breakfast was good, great location.
Negatives:
The pool was horribly cold. We normally spend the day swimming and it was barely an hour and then we had to get out. The hot tub was broke our entire stay. The carpet in the room was very dirty and their was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and walls.

It smelled of mildew as soon as you walk in. At first site not appealing not well taken care of. Room was not ready when checking in at 3 the room smelled musky and of cleaner, chair is broken, security lock broken, no Colgate shower and sink made for very small people sink is in the bedroom.. honestly the only thing we liked was the bed and the breakfast. For the price being charged was extremely disappointing.

The first room smelled of urine extremely bad! They had ac on and freshener to cover it. The front desk attendedant apologized and gave us another room. As soon as we opened the door there was a cloth on floor the entire floor was covered with carpet freshener , all over the couch. We were shocked!! She called on site manager. Who called The Radison and got two rooms for my husband and for sister and brother in law. A big disappointment after a long flight and a very early morning!
