Worst hotel we have ever come across. I won't say stayed because we DID NOT STAY.. We drove from Florida. Two days in a car. We are from the area and chose Austintown because it was close to folks we wanted to visit. After Checking in we went to the room. We were very tired. Used the bathroom, very much In need of repair. Curtain off the track, hair dryer pulled off the wall, tub chipped, commode, rocked and we could go on but I am getting upset just telling this. We have stayed in other hotel in the area many years but NEVER had an experience like this.
