Positives:
The concierge was very kind. I accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong dates but she was able to change our booking without an extra cost. She was very sweet and we had just come from another hotel that was disgusting and things in the room did not work and the elevator was broken and yet they still said the room was handicapped accessible. She made us feel so relieved with her kindness and that the room was nice and had a working elevator. She put us nearest to the elevator as well. The indoor pool was not busy and was clean and warm. Our kid loved it. The tv and other appliances and facilities were clean and in working order. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff all were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Check out was simple. The price was lower than the bad hotel we initially booked and had less stars but was much nicer all together a hundred times over. It's worth a booking for an affordable hotel.
Negatives:
Breakfast was not very diverse or had many options for those with a gluten allergy. We made it work, though. We had some trouble with our room keys and getting the door reprogrammed took some time- but it worked out overall.

Positives:
The staff was very kind and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and almost all general hotel amenities and features were on par. The air system was perfect. The bathroom was very clean. We were on the ground floor and I am disabled so they were accommodating without extra charge. Freezer in the fridge was bigger and actual kept frozen packs frozen. microwave was very nice and effective.
Negatives:
There was a funky smell in the hallway that kind of smelled like old cigarettes or possibly Marijuana but it was all a cluster of non-smoking rooms. The smell was not consistent inside the room though. Breakfast was less than to be desired but not too bad. No complimentary soaps or anything in our room which some shampoo would have been helpful because I forgot mine.

The property had an unusual smell about it. Kind of smoky and musty. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows were too. The mini fridge made noise all night be cause the upper part needed defrosted.
