The person at the desk was super friendly, and check-in/out were quick. The facilities were pretty clean and comfortable. There were several options for continental breakfast, which my kids loved. This was my second stay here and I’ll definitely book again.
Negatives:
During breakfast the area was left messy by another guest and no one came to check on things while we were there. I found a sink to dump some coffee that had been left out but I didn’t see a rag or cleaner to wipe up myself or I would have.

Nice staff. Clean warm pool. Clean comfortable room. Awesome jacuzzi. QUIET!! Slept like a baby.
Negatives:
Wall outlet by bed was falling out of the wall. Pool was hard to find and didn't know when breakfast was. Breakfast was also kind of skimpy.

Was not able to stay since my reservation was giving away.

My reservation was giving away and this hotel and the ones surrounding were booked. I reached out twice and booking.com reached out before I came to make sure everything was fine since we left later than planned and it was a 3 hour drive I got there with my 3 kids and had to drive back home since we could not find any other rooms and missed our family reunion.

The staff was amazing, especially Edward and the hotel smelled fresh and clean. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d like but it was fine. All in all a great place to stay!!!
